Autism Living and Working

Posted on: Thursday, 3.19.2015

The founding membership of Autism Living and Working (ALAW) is drawn from Greater Philadelphia area people with autism ranging in age from early twenties to fifties, and their families. ALAW was formed to address the needs of adults with autism, including the need to have households apart from their parents, and to have adequate supports to live and work in the community and avoid institutionalization.

Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), a nonprofit public health institute that creates and sustains healthier communities, acquired The Center for Autism on February 4, 2020.

The Center for Autism is an equal opportunity employer & service provider.
The organization is a licensed outpatient clinic under the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.  Sitemap.
