Winter Classic Raises $20,000!

On Saturday, February 20, 2016 he Center hosted its 4th Annual Winter Classic, a charity hockey game vs. the Philadelphia Flyers Alumni. Held at IceWorks Skating Complex in Aston, PA, the event draw more than 200 attendees who helped raise $20,000 for the Center for Autism’s evaluation and treatment services!

The Center for Autism Puzzlers, a team comprised of friends and donors, battled against legendary Flyers including Bob “The Hound” Kelly, Brad Marsh, Mark Freer, Joe Watson, Ray Allison, Peter Zingoni, Terry Carkner, Dave Parro and more!

Additionally, Santino Stagliano, founder of Santino’s Dragon Drawings, Inc., and the Phillie Phantatic dropped the official puck at the start of the game, and the Flyers very own Lou Nolan was the event announcer. The event also featured a raffle, Chuck a Puck contest, autograph signing & player meet & greet. A special thanks to all who attended and supported this event!
