The Center for Autism's Inaugural
Winter Classic Charity Hockey Game

On Saturday, January 26, 2013 The Center for Autism hosted its inaugural Winter Classic Charity Hockey Game at Ice Works in Aston, Pa. Thanks to our generous sponsors & attendees, the event raised over $23,000 for the Center!

The Center for Autism Puzzlers played against notable Philadelphia Flyers Alumni in this first-time event. Former Governor Mark Schweiker dropped the official puck at the start of the game, and former Flyer Ed Hospodar was the event announcer. The Flyers Alumni won 5 to 2, and a great time was had by all. In addition to the game, the event featured a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, autograph signing & player meet & greet. We look forward to continuing this event next year!
